Our Mission

SACMH is committed to improving the mental health and overall wellness of South Asian Canadians by delivering culturally sensitive care and educational initiatives. Our objective is to empower individuals through creative programs that raise awareness about mental health, reduce stigma, provide access to culturally-sensitive resources, and cultivate a supportive community. We aspire to establish an inclusive atmosphere where all can attain mental well-being.
