Gurvir Rai, MD
Founder and Chair
Gurvir is a resident physician in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Ottawa. He serves on the board of the Ontario Psychiatric Association. His interests include political advocacy, mental health law, transcultural psychiatry, and clinical research.
Jasdeep Bajwa, CPA
Treasurer
Jasdeep is an assistant professor of accounting at Carleton University. She graduated from the University of Waterloo in 2016 completing her Master of Accounting degree. She has previously served as a senior analyst in Risk and Governance at Wealthsimple Technologies Inc.
Mandeep Sondh, MEd
Secretary
Mandeep is an elementary teacher with Ottawa Carleton District School Board, who knows the importance of Social-Emotional learning beyond the classroom. She has 10+ years in the banking industry and more recently has ventured into the food business.
